Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return. Include your order number and the items you wish to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything.

At HOLY GRACE, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return eligibility
Items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with included accessories and original packaging where reasonably possible. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photographs so we can help.

Free return shipping
HOLY GRACE pays return shipping costs for approved returns. We provide a prepaid return label or arrange another return method at no charge to you. Do not purchase return postage without our prior approval. For international orders, contact us first to arrange a return method.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges
Request an exchange within 30 days by email with your order number and the requested replacement. Exchanges depend on availability. We cover return shipping for approved exchanges.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description or photos of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, return, or refund without charging you return shipping.

Original shipping charges
For change-of-mind returns, original outbound shipping charges are generally not refunded unless required by applicable law. For defective or incorrect items, we will address original shipping charges as required by law.
